In the presented paper, the author describes the political processes in the Czechoslovakia after the year 1948. The aim of presented reflection is to describe the mechanism of injustice against soldiers , which was carefully planed by communistic structures of power. This paper examines legal conditions and circumstances of cruel investigation. It also deals with the rehabilitions of former soldiers after the year 1989. The resultes indicate, that injustice has not been solved yet.
