The article deals with the charters from the archive fund “Rodinný archiv Kinských” (Kinský’s family archive), inventory numbers 1–5. The article has the form of the edition of them. There is also added a brief editing principles in the first chapter and as well basic knowledge (most important signs) detected from the analysis in the term of diplomatics, sphragistics and palaeography.
