Abstrakt
Ondřej Dudič of Hořehovice, a leading humanist, scholar and diplomat of the 16th century, united the short episode of his life (1577–1579) with the northeast of Moravia. He left a significant trace of cultural and religious dimensions here. His outlook and humanistic thinking differed markedly from the surrounding small nobility, which was reflected, among other things, in his attitude towards his own subjects.
