Výběrová bibliografie prací k dějinám brněnského městského práva a správy do roku 1620 I.část

The aim of this selective bibliography is to present the work focused on the history of the Brno municipal law and administration untill 1620. Bibliography records publications issued since the 18th century to the present, including some of theses and dissertations. Individual works are categorized into seven chapters which are further divided into thematic chapters. The first chapter records the subject bibliographies and research reports. The second chapter provides a guide to collections, catalogs and inventories of manuscripts and early printed books, including studies of codicology and librarianship. The following chapter includes published editions of sources, and a series of documents and privileges of legal books and manuals, commemorative books, legal books, learning and findings, etc. This is followed by chapter focuses on a comprehensive work to general and legal-administrative history of Brno. The fifth chapter refers to the mostly synthetic works about penetration od foreign legal effects of Brno‘s law environment. The penultimate chapter reflects the work of the Legal book of Brno and sources to her immediately downstream. The final chapter records the literature on constitutional, judicial and administrative history of the city of Brno.
