The article deals with the constitution of the Interior Ministry after the Second World War. Second part of article is focused on formation of the security forces within the Interior Ministry in the second half of 1945. It shows context and consequences of the Communist Party practice in order to control the Interior Ministry and its subordinate security units untill the end of 1945.
