The study follows the development of social policy in our Countries in the years of the Great Depression, which examined existing financing systems in this area. Social measures of governments represented essentially a set of partial measures agaiust the growing decline in large parts of the population. Governments have come under pressure of political parties and trade unions. Overall, we can say that “policy support” represented in these years of stagnation social reform legislation and certain executive bodls quandarry over how to design social policies. Yet the system is maintained and survived the crisis.
