This article describes the specific issues of cultural heritage at the primary level education. They present mainly activating and motivating strategies, methods and forms of primary education. The text also discusses regional education and its role in shaping attitudes to the values of cultural heritage at the primary level of education. At the end brings some examples of good practice in the formation of cultural literacy of students.
