The article deals with Sandspiel psychotherapeutic method as significant factor in therapy of toddlers and preschoolers. History of its origin, suitable clients for which is the therapy applicable, therapist role in therapeutic process is described. The phenomenon of sand as a natural repertoire of children's play, which assists gradual interconnection of ignorant capacities with knowledgeable ones, is depictured. Basic equipment for Sandspiel psychotherapy is specified and symbology of miniature objects used in therapy is revealed. Even importance of family in children therapy is not left out.
