The agreement on the traiecticia pecunia establishes a credit relationship for the fungibles (in many cases, this was probably money) given by the creditor to the debtor for a maritime transportation. The money that was given should be transported by sea. In the case of a successful voyage, the debtor shall pay the capital back to the creditor along with some money for his risk to loose money if the ship perishes before certain date.
