Twin texts and working methods. Texts both appear twice in the Digest; hence the expression, „leges geminatae“ twin texts. There are about 50 cases like them where the same words from the same author, work and book appear twice. Bluhme thought there were 49 clear cases. He had a very restrictive idea of a clear case.
