VYUŽITÍ RTG PRÁŠKOVÉ DIFRAKCE PRO STANOVENÍ CHEMICKÉHO SLOŽENÍ MINERÁLŮ ŘADY ZIRKONU

Roč.7,(2000)

Abstrakt
Calculated XRD powder patterns for sixty solid solutions in zircone-thorite-hafnone ternary system were used to provide the schematic identification diagram for the composition of zircon-group minerals. The diagram is based on the changes of calculated diffraction angle 2Θ (diffraction 200 plane) and of the integral intensity ratio of the 101 and 200 reflections (I101/I200).
