Some initiatives to amending oh The Copyright Act

The author brings his own suggestion of the new regulation of protection of computer programms and data bases by the copyright. He proceeds from the harmonizing European processes and also from the need of conscientious and systematic laying down of this protection in valid act in view of its character. There is also a suggestiooan extension of the demonstrative enumeration of the moral copyrights to eliminate some businesslike doubts. The attention is also payed to the contracts of the diffusion of work and their formal and contential regulation in copyright obligation-law. The author takes a notice of some sectional regulations and suggess changes in view of practical needs. The following part of the paper pays attentwn to the problems of inheriting of copyright.
The article is destined for contemporary legislative practice on the field of copyright.
