The Cooperative Farms after the Transformation - Settling the Claims Arising from the Transformation

After the transformation of the cooperative farms has ended, the main problem in the relationships between the cooperatives and the eligible persons became the relations concerning the settlement of proprietary shares. The legal regulation of this issue is even of a worse quality than the regulation of the transformation of cooperatives as such. We may even say, that for many situations that may occur in this context there is no legal regulation whatsoever. In the first place this essay tries to present an interpretation of the currently valid legal regulation concerning the given issue and then tries to find some ways out, where it become necessary to deal with a broader context ensuing from tbe sense of the transformation of cooperatives on one side and the general principles of law and the norms dealing with analogical facts on the other.
